Q Mr. Oliver, are most of the policies of
Scientology supposed to remain internal?
 
A Yes, there is a great deal of information,
according to the organization, maintained confidential.
 
Q Did you actually have to sign a form stating
that you would keep everything a secret, a non—disclosure
form?
 
A When I joined the Office of Special Affairs, a
non-disclosure form, and a complete life history on my
part was required.
 
Q And tell me what that form required of you?
 
A The non-disclosure required that I not divulge
any of the secret information that I would be privy to
