STIPULATION

   The parties, by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby
stipulate as follows regarding the CD-ROMs deposited by non-party
witness Jeffrey Jacobsen with the Court:

1.  Upon delivery of this signed stipulation to the Court, the CD-ROMs
shall be delivered by the Court to plaintiff's attorneys.
2.  Plaintiff's attorneys shall deliver the CD-ROMs to Kaman Sciences
Corporation, which shall make digital copies of the CD-ROMs for the
plaintiff and for defendant Lerma.  The copies shall be in a form
worked out by Kaman in conjunction with the parties, either as
duplicate CD-ROMs or in disk format.
3.  Each party shall pay for its set of CD-ROMs, and shall split any
shared fees and costs of Kaman incident thereto.
4.  After the CD-ROMs have been duplicated and the duplicates verified
by Kaman to be readable copies of the disks, the CD-ROMs will be
returned by Kaman to Mr. Jacobsen, to be held by him without
alteration, during the pendency of the litigation, and the copies will
be turned over to counsel for the parties.  The copies shall be
delivered by Kaman to counsel as designated by them directly to Kaman.
