ORDER

   The court is treating Mr. Jacobsen's letter of October 25, 1995 as a 
request for a protective order against RTC for discovery abuses.  Given 
the allegations in the letter and the history of discovery disputes in 
this litigation, Mr. Jacobsen's request is referred to the Honorable T. 
Rawles Jones, Jr., United States Magistrate Judge, for resolution.
   The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this Order to all counsel 
of record and to Mr. Jacobsen, and to transfer the CD-roms to the 
magistrate judge forthwith.
