Robert S. Minton. We the jury find as follows as to the Defendant in this case, the Defendant is not guilty, so say we all, foreperson of the jury Tina Pellegrino.

THE COURT: Ladies and gentlemen of the
jury you have been with for two days. You have worked hard. It is never proper for a judge to comment on a jury’s verdict and I deliberately avoid doing that now. What I want to do though is thank you for your hard work and your good efforts. Justice in America basically is what a jury does, just like you did in this case. You go back and you deliberate, and you make a decision. I appreciate that very much. You work is done now, however, we have kept you long enough. You are free to go.
