Q Was there not a code name, but a special
name that you understood codified those policies?

A There were different policies that we operated
under Scientology. And when you are doing a specific
thing then that has -- then that is referred to as
something. A lot of the activities that we were involved
in, confidential operations, operations against
individuals that we targeted, that came under a policy
that was called “Fair Game”.

Q “Fair Game”, is that actually a written policy?

A Yes, it was.

Q And was something that you relied upon when you
were a member of Church of Scientology?

A That is just something that you had to do. I
mean that’s what you are assigned to do.
