What I want to do is give the court personnel a chance to
take a break right now while you all sort out your notes.
I am going to go off the bench for ten minutes and let
them leave. We will come back at twenty after, and
hopefully go through this as quickly as we can.

MR. TYSON: Judge, I think both may agree
with this, Ms. Robinson, I think she said that she tends
to side with the victim. I assume Mr. de Vlaming agrees.
