Report Released
Information
from the police report reveals that Officer Kelly, the first on the
scene, did not initially view the video footage of the assault.
Kelly
asked Bunker if he had notified the attacker
that his voice was being recorded on videotape as that is a third
degree felony.
Kelly
states that the camera had no damage. In fact, it has a small
dent by the lens, a scratch from the screwdriver on the side and
another dent on the hot-shoe mount area.
Kelly
did later view the video as advised by Sgt.
Zegzdryn who had arrived on the scene.

Sgt
Zegzdryn's Arrests Richard Barnard
The
State Attorney's Office questioned Mark two weeks after the assault at
which time he informed those present that a "Richard
Bernard" was listed in Scientology's magazine, Source #80.
From
this information Sgt. Zegzdryn ran a criminal background history on
"Richard Bernard" and discovered that the assailant had given
Officer Kelly false information. Barnard lied about his name, date of birth and Social
Security number.
Sgt.
Zegzdryn visited Barnard who lied again
about his identity. Kelly was called to the scene. Kelly
identified than man as Bernard/Barnard, who was then arrested and sent to Key West where
he is now serving a one year sentence for cocaine trafficking.

Does cocaine trafficking fit in with Scientology's view on
drugs? Why did Scientology offer to hire an attorney for a man
that deals cocaine?
